Your generous contribution helps us continue our mission of serving society through education, healthcare, women empowerment, child welfare, environmental protection, and other humanitarian initiatives. We value your trust and are committed to maintaining complete transparency in all donations and financial transactions.

1. Donations

All donations made to Maiya Foundation are voluntary and are generally non-refundable. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is utilized towards the Foundation's charitable activities. Donors are requested to verify all payment details carefully before completing any transaction.

2. Duplicate Payment or Technical Error

If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or your account has been charged multiple times due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you notice any unauthorized or fraudulent transaction related to your donation, please inform us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter in coordination with our payment gateway and banking partners and take appropriate action.

4. Event or Program Registration Fees

Any registration fees paid for events, workshops, awareness campaigns, training programs, or similar activities organized by Maiya Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, if the Foundation cancels an event, participants may request a refund or transfer the amount to another eligible program.

5. Receipt & Acknowledgment

After every successful donation or payment, an acknowledgment and receipt will be issued via email or the contact details provided during the transaction. Donors are advised to keep the receipt for their records and tax purposes (where applicable).

6. Refund Processing

Approved refund requests will normally be processed within 7–10 working days after successful verification. The actual credit of funds may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.

7. Changes to This Policy

Maiya Foundation reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page, and users are encouraged to review it periodically.
